About Sarah

I have 36 years experience as a Registered Nurse with the Oxford University NHS Foundation Trust. I concluded my career as a Clinical Operational Manager and Specialist Practitioner. A vital part of my role was being part of the resuscitation team for the Trust, necessitating my Advanced Life Support qualification for the last 20 years. Having left this full time role, I have chosen to impart my knowledge and experience in the form of training.

I have a level 3 teaching qualification in First Aid through NUCO training ,who are the largest professional network of first aid and compliance instructors.

Meditraining is owned and led by Sarah Humphries.

I set up Meditraining with a view to increasing peoples knowledge and offering the opportunity for people to access First Aid qualifications.

Meditraining  offers a range of courses. All information is based on the latest resuscitation guidelines. I can deliver accredited courses with certification, bespoke courses on request, and even 1:1 tutoring.(see courses available). I am very flexible with client base ,whether it’s large organisations or small businesses.
